Picnic sandwich with Aged Havarti and Prosciutto

  • 1 wholemeal baguette
  • Pesto
  • 50 g arugula lettuce
  • 3-4 fresh figs
  • Castello Aged Havarti
  • 5-10 slices Prosciutto
Picnic sandwich with Aged Havarti and Prosciutto

Preparation

Split the baguette in half lengthwise and add the pesto on the bottom half. Spread the arugula lettuce evenly on top of the pesto and add slices of Prosciutto. Cut the Castello Aged Havarti and fresh figs into thin slices and finish the sandwich with a pinch of salt and pepper.
