Ingredients
- 6 slices of baguettes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 9 - 12 slices of cheddar cheese, matured
- 3 slices of serrano ham
- oregano
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Preparation1. Fry the bread slices in a little oil, then rub with garlic.
2. Add slices of tomato and Castello Mature Cheddar cheese.
3. Bake the pinchos in the oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
4. Add slices of ham on each pinchos.
5. Top with herbs, salt and pepper and serve.
