6 slices of baguettes
1 garlic clove
1 tomato (sliced)
9 - 12 slices of cheddar cheese, matured
3 slices of serrano ham
oregano
olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation

Preparation

Fry the bread slices in a little oil, then rub with garlic.

Add slices of tomato and Castello Mature Cheddar cheese.

Bake the pinchos in the oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Add slices of ham on each pinchos.

Top with herbs, salt and pepper and serve.
