  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • ¼ head cabbage
  • ¼ red cabbage
  • a bit of fresh fresh parsley
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 pack sliced bacon
  • 2 packs cream cheese, pepper
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

preparation

Preparation

1. Mix the cheese and the sour cream.

2. Chop the parsley and add it to the mixture.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Fry the bacon and slice it into small strips.

5. Slice the cabbage into strips.

6. Divide the romaine lettuce into leaves.
