  • 200g Castello Aged Havarti cheese
  • 8 skewers
  • 400g assorted tropical fruit, 2cm cubes
  • 2 limes, halved
  • ΒΌ cup toasted coconut
Tropical Fruit and Cheese Skewers


Cut the block of Havarti cheese into 24 even cubes.

Thread the fruit and Havarti cheese onto the skewers randomly, allowing 3 cubes of Havarti per skewer.

Lay the skewers on a platter. Serve with a squeeze of lime and sprinkling of toasted coconut.
