Traditional Danish Blue WITH FIGS AND HONEY
CASTELLO Traditional Danish Blue
For two people, you will need 1 Traditional Danish Blue, 10 wholemeal crackers, three figs and 2 tbsp. of acacia honey.
Leave the cheese at room temperature for half an hour before serving it. Cut the cheese in pieces, cut the figs into quarters add them to the crackers with the cheese. Sprinkle with honey. Enjoy!
