Castello Pineapple Almond & Papaya Cream Cheese is a relatively mild cheese with a fruity, sweet and crunchy flavor sensation.

• Creatively crafted in Denmark from fresh cow's milk and cream, which are pasteurized before mixing them with pineapple
• Our unique ring shape is achieved by filling a special mould with the cream cheese base
• Once the rings are cooled down and ready, they get coated with a carefully selected mix of chopped pineapple, almonds and papaya
• Each cheese is inspected for quality before going into a pack
