Ingredients
Bellinis- 1 Glass prosecco
- 6 tbsp or ⅓ cups peaches puree
- 2 - 4 raspberries optional
- Leftover Castello® Double crème white
- 2 sun-ripe peaches
- ¼ thinly sliced red onions
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinches of sea salt
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes optional
Preparation
Preparation Bellinis1. Pour the peach puree into 2 champagne glasses and carefully top with Prosecco.
2. Finally add raspberries.
CREAMY WHITE & MARINATED PEACHES1. Remove the pit from the peaches, then slice and toss with rest of the ingredients.
2. Serve the Castello Creamy White with the marinated peaches and Bellinis.
