Bellini with Creamy White & marinated peaches

1 glass prosecco
6 tbsp or ⅓ cups peaches puree
2 - 4 raspberries optional
Creamy White & marinated peaches
Leftover Castello® Double crème white
2 sun-ripe peaches
¼ thinly sliced red onions
20 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
pinches of sea salt
1 tsp of chilli flakes optional
Preparation
Bellinis
Pour the peach puree into 2 champagne glasses and carefully top with Prosecco.
Finally add raspberries.
CREAMY WHITE & MARINATED PEACHES
Remove the pit from the peaches, then slice and toss with rest of the ingredients.
