  • 1 glass prosecco
  • 6 tbsp or ⅓ cup peaches puree
  • 2 - 4 raspberries optional

Creamy White & marinated peaches

  • Leftover Castello® Double Crème White
  • 2 sun-ripe peaches
  • ¼ thinly sliced red onion
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp of chilli flakes optional


1. Pour the peach puree into 2 champagne glasses and carefully top with Prosecco.

2. Finally add raspberries.

1. Remove the pit from the peaches, then slice and toss with rest of the ingredients.
