1. The day before: Finely slice the red cabbage and place in a bowl with sugar and vinegar
2. Let it sit overnight
3. On the day of serving: Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and form into patties.
4. Cut all the vegetables, so they are ready for burgers.
5. Mix chili sauce with the mayo and spread on the buns.
6. Cook the burgers then top with blue cheese slices.
7. Pour the vinegar from red cabbage.
8. Assemble your burger.
