  • 10 ounces red cabbages
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • approximately 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1,1 pounds beef mince
  • salt
  • green pepper
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 - 6 burger buns
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 red pickled peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 - 6 slices sliced blue cheese



The day before:

1. The day before: Finely slice the red cabbage and place in a bowl with sugar and vinegar

2. Let it sit overnight

On the day of serving:
