Castello Havarti Lobster Rolls

Castello Havarti Lobster Rolls

ingredients

  • 1½ cups cooked lobster coarsely chopped (about 2 full lobsters or 5 cold water lobster tails)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 oz Castello® Havarti creamy, grated
  • 2 tbsp red onions, chopped
  • ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 New England Style buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Head of leaf lettuce, separated into leaves

preparation

In a large bowl, mix lobster, dill, mayo, havarti, garlic, red onion, and black pepper. Set aside.

Spread butter on the outside of the buns and toast each side until golden brown.

Place a leaf of lettuce on each side of the bun and spoon lobster filling in-between until stuffed full.
