ingredients

  • 8 oz Castello® Havarti creamy, shredded
  • 1 cup soy
  • 25 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup pepper flake powder
  • 2½ cups red chilli paste
  • ½ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • 2 l thinly sliced pork shoulders
  • 16 oz Pickled Daikon Salad
  • 2 oz fresh coriander
  • 4 baguettes

1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, sugar, pepper flakes, red chili paste, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil and mix well.

2. Thinly slice the pork shoulder and combine with the mixture.

3. Let the meat mixture marinade overnight.

4. Grill the pork on a flat top grill on high heat until meat is cooked fully with a slight char on the edges. Add the shredded CASTELLO® Havarti Cheese on top of the meat until slightly melted.

5. Toast the baguette and with a spatula, carefully place the pork onto the baguette.

6. Cut in half and enjoy!
