1. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large pot. Add the popcorn, cover and shake the pot for about 3-5 min. or until the popcorn is popped.
2. Remove the pot from the heat and add the remaining oil and paprika, chili, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Put the lid on and shake everything up.
3. Sprinkle the popcorn with grated Castello® Extra Mature Cheddar and serve warm.
