1. Slice a baguette in half longways.
2. Make the nacho cheese by blending together CASTELLO® Creamy Havarti Cheese, cream cheese, sriracha, candied jalapeno and Slap Ya Mamma cajun seasoning.
3. Slather inside the baguette, providing an even layer of cheese.
4. Grill the panini by pressing lightly and cooking both sides for 2-3 min on each. Remove from the grill and cut up the baguette into nacho triangle chips.
5. Serve with Mexican crema & salsa.
