1. Coat 4 small ramekin and add a slice of toast in each. 2. Crack the egg and carefully place on upon the toast. 3. Top with bacon, chives, freshly ground pepper and Castello® Extra Mature Cheddar cheese. 4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes – or until the cheddar is golden and the egg is done. 5. Depending on the size of the egg the cooking time will vary.
