Peach Havarti Flatbread

Peach Havarti Flatbread


  • 8 oz Castello® Havarti creamy
  • 2 flatbread crusts
  • 1 large peach, sliced into thin slices
  • 4 tbsp basil pesto
  • ¼ cup bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and fresh cracked black pepper


Preheat oven to 400 and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Use a cheese slicer to slice the cheese very thin. Divide it evenly and layer it onto the two flatbreads.

Spread 2 TBSP Basil Pesto on top of the cheese.

Add peach slices and bacon bits.

Drizzle with honey.

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and flatbread is golden and crisp.

Drizzle with extra honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
