Raspberry daiquiri jam

Fruity Sour


  • 7 ounces raspberries
  • 1 - 2 organic limes
  • 4 cl rum
  • 1½ tbsp sugar


1. Mix the raspberries with sugar and let them sit for 15 minutes. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer uncovered for about 7-10 minutes.

2. Add both the juice and peel of the lime and some rum to taste. Boil the alcohol away.

3. Pour the mixture on scalded jars and close the lids.
