Salami and dill Havarti crostini

ingredients

  • 6 slices of premium salami thinly sliced
  • Castello® Castello® Havarti Dill
  • garlic-infised ciabatta sticks or baguettes, sliced to 1/2 inch thick
  • fresh parsley or dill, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste

preparation

1. Slice bread to 1/2” thick and brush with olive oil

2. Slice Castello® Dill Havarti thinly and add to bread. Add 1/2 slice of salami to each. Sprinkle with olive oil.

3. Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

Serve warm with a glass of wine.
