Steak with Burger Blue

  • 14 ounces steaks
  • 4 slices of sliced blue cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • water cress
  • red sorrel



1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and heat barbecue grill.

2. Barbecue the steaks on high heat for approx. 5-6 minutes on each side.

3. Once the steaks are almost cooked to your liking, add 2 slices of Castello Burger Blue to each steak.

4. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5-7 minutes, before cutting them into slices. Finish with fresh, mixed herbs.
