• Creatively crafted in Denmark from fresh cow's milk and cream, which are pasteurised before mixing them with a chili and pickled ginger mix
• Our unique ring shape is achieved by filling a special mould with the cream cheese base
• Once the rings are cooled down and ready, they get coated with a carefully selected mix of chili and coconut flakes
• Each cheese is inspected for quality before going into a pack
