Blue Cheese with biscotti and amarena cherries

  • 1 pack Castello® Creamy Blue
  • 4 tbsp amarena cherries
  • 12 biscotti biscuits
  • 1 tsp sea salt


1. Remove the cheese from the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving.

2. Cut the cheese into small serving pieces and arrange them in a small dish or bowl.

3. Add cherries and a little syrup from the jar on the cheese. Top with biscotti biscuits and serve with a little sprinkle of sea salt.

5. Serve with sweet and fresh Prosecco.
