A rustic feel of Mediterranean summers – our recipe for Feta dip, serrano grissini and fennel salad is a wonderful summertime snack. Bring some joy to the table with lovely, salty Feta Cubes, salty Serrano grissini and crunchy vegetables and nuts. This little pleaser is bound to spur an appetite.
Ingredients
- Castello® Traditional fetta cubes in brine
- serrano ham
- grissini
- cucumbers
- carrots
- fennel
- almonds or macadamia nuts
Preparation
Preparation1. Serve Castello Feta Cubes with serrano wrapped grissini and cucumber and carrot crudités.
2. Enjoy with a side salad of fennel shavings, sprinkled with either almonds or macadamia nuts.
