Grilled asparagus with Aged Havarti

dl cold pressed olive oil

butter
rye bread

Clean and crack the asparagus and grill them in a pan for about 5-7 min.
Grate the Castello Aged Havarti and sprinkle on the asparagus.
Serve on a toasted slice of bread with butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
