  • radicchio
  • 2 small or 1 large pears
  • 100 g Castello® Castello® Danablu
  • 75 g hazelnuts
  • balsamic glaze
  • fresh chervil
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

1. Pick the radicchio apart, rinse and halve the largest leaves.

2. Add to a plate and top with pear slices, hazelnuts, crumbled Danablu, balsamic glace, fresh chervil.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
