Blue Cheese Dip

  • 125 g Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue
  • 200 g crème fraiche (9%)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1-1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Blue Cheese Dip


In a bowl, mash Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue with a fork and stir in crème fraiche and olive oil. Season with lemon zest, honey, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top of the dip for an extra kick and serve with beet chips or blue corn tortilla chips.
