Nachos with Blue and Salsa

Garlic/Onionish Salty


  • Nacho chips or similar
  • 1 pack Castello® Traditional Danish Blue
  • salsa
  • jalapeños peppers in brine - drained and rinsed
  • To serve – more salsa if desired


1. Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF

2. In a shallow, ovenproof dish, layer up the nacho chips, with salsa, crumbled cheese and a few sliced jalapenos, finishing with cheese on top.

3. Bake in oven for 12 – 15 minutes until cheese melting and golden, serve with soured cream, more salsa and guacamole as dips.
