Our team of experienced and talented cheese makers based at Troldhede in Denmark have crafted a camembert style cheese which has that classic undertone of ammonia to its taste pro-file. But whilst Castello’s camembert is a strong and tangy cheese it also has a delightful-ly creamy consistency to round the cheese off.
