1. In a large pot, bring salted water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, being sure to reserve ¾ cup of pasta water.
2. Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
3. Add the Cracked Pepper Whipped Dip and 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Whisk the sauce until smooth.
4. Add the Aged Havarti and mix well until combined. Stir in the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Add more pasta liquid as needed.
5. Transfer the Cacio e Pepe to a platter or plates and top with additional black pepper and shaved Age Havarti cheese.
