ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 4⅖ oz Castello® Crumbled Blue
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • parsley for garnish

preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce, Castello Crumbled Blue cheese, shredded chicken, and seasonings in a medium bowl and mix until well blended.

3. Separate into two oven-safe baking dishes and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.

4. Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese has melted.

5. Serve hot with chips or veggies.
