Blue cheese and cranberry mini cheese balls

Sour Garlic/Onionish

ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Castello® Castello® Traditional Danish Blue
  • 2 bunches green onions, minced
  • 6 oz cranberries
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package pretzel stick

preparation

1. Combine the Traditional Danish Blue cheese, 2 tablespoons of green onion, 2 tablespoons of cranberries, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce in a mixer. Mix on high until well blended

2. Scoop cheese mixture into 1 tablespoon balls and roll in minced green onions or cranberries.

3. Chill for at least 1 hour.

4. Place the pretzels in the cheese balls and serve.
