
Blue cheese, bacon and cranberry stuffed mushrooms

- 16 oz whole baby bella button mushrooms
- 5 oz Castello® Extra creamy danish blue, Crumbled
- ⅛ cups sliced almonds
- ⅛ cups dried cranberries
- ¼ cups bacon bits
- ¼ cups green onions, tops only- sliced
preparation
Preparation1. Remove and discard stems from mushrooms and clean.
2. Add blue cheese, almonds, cranberries, bacon bits and green onions to a small bowl and stir to mix.
3. Place mushrooms in a 9 x 11 baking pan and fill with blue cheese mixture.
4. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
