Blue Cheese Flatbread with Apple and Prosciutto

Ingredients
- ¼ cup crumbled Castello® Danablu Blue
- 2 prepared flatbread or naan
- 1 large apple, sliced
- 2 oz prosciutto
- ½ cups baby arugula
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet, then arrange the apple slices evenly over the surface of each one.
3. Scatter the crumbled blue cheese over the apples and add pieces of prosciutto on top. Bake until the flatbreads are crisp and the cheese is just starting to melt, about eight to ten minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and top immediately with fresh baby arugula. Drizzle with honey, if desired. Slice and serve warm.
