Gourmet grilled cheese appetizers
Ingredients
1 sliced baguette
1 baby portobello mushroom
1 roasted red pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter

Preparation
Heat Panini press.
Place Portobello mushrooms on a Panini press with a drizzle of olive oil and grill until soft.
Layer Creamy Havarti, mushrooms and roasted red peppers between two baguette slices.
Butter the outside pieces of bread.
Press sandwich in the Panini press until golden brown.
