- 16 croustade
- 5 tbsp passion fruit curd or fruit curd
- ground chillies

Preparation1. Spread the croustades on a platter.
2. Fill the passion fruit curd into a piping bag and spray it into the croustades.
3. Cut the cheese into small pieces and add a piece on each croustades.
4. Sprinkle with ground chili and serve with a semi-sweet (demi-sec) champagne.
