Sauté mushrooms until soft. Then, remove from pan.
Turn stove to medium heat, whisk 4 eggs and pour in the pan.
Add a lid and leave lid on until the surface is firm. Fold the omelet and top with mushrooms, Creamy Havarti and fresh thyme.
