1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Drain the chickpeas and rinse thoroughly under cold water, then dry them in a kitchen towel.
3. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for about 45 minutes or until crisp.
4. Combine the warm chickpeas with oil, honey, cinnamon and cocoa – grill them for 10 more minutes in the oven.
5. Let the chickpeas cool, then toss with the crumbled Castello® Traditional Danish Blue.
