ingredients

  • 14 ounces of Castello® Double Crème Blue
  • 1⅖ ounces dried dates
  • 1 pear
  • 3⅙ ounces of walnuts
  • fresh thyme for garnish

preparation

1. Remove the pits from the dates and stuff with Castello® Double Crème Blue.

2. Cut one pear into thin slices and put one slice in each date. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until lightly brown.

3. Garnish the dates with walnuts and fresh thyme and serve.
