1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer before generously brushing both sides with olive oil and seasoning with kosher salt.
3. Bake until golden brown (approximately 15-20 minutes), turning the crostini over half way through. Allow to cool completely.
4. Generously top the crostini with Castello Traditional Danish Blue Cheese and a slice of each autumn pear. Finish with a drizzle of clover honey and a sprig of dill or thyme (optional).
