Cheese Dip

Ingredients

100 g soft cheese, such as salad cheese in block or cream cheese
2 whipped cream 38%
1 tsp schnapps

Allow the cheeses to come to room temperature. Cut the Castello Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar into small pieces. Add all ingredients in a food processor and run for about 15 sec. until they are roughly mixed. Pour the cheese dip in a scalded cold glass with lid and store in the refrigerator.

Serve the cheese dip with crackers, toasted rye bread, dates and fresh fruit. Can also be used as a spread in sandwich.

The dip can be made with many different kinds of cheeses.
