Ingredients
Toasted five-grain flakes
100 g rye flakes
3 tbsp sugar
25 g roughly chopped unsalted pistachios
1 orange in fillets
1 passion fruit - seeds
400 g skyr, plain
Preparation
Toasted five-grain flakes
Sprinkle the rye flakes, sugar and pistachios on a dry frying pan and toast the mixture over a high heat for about 2 min., then reduce to a medium heat and continue toasting for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Set the flakes aside to cool.
Combine the orange fillets and passion fruit. Place some yoghurt in bowls and top with the fruit and flakes. Serve immediately.
