THREE CHEESE CHEESEBOARD WITH BLUEBERRIES & FIGS

A wide assortment of pairings and snacks cross paths with a carefully picked selection of some of our most versatile cheeses to create an experience of excitingly multifaceted flavours and textures. Fruity cream cheese ring, nutty havarti and a lightly sharp blue cheese. A beautifully indulging variety!

Preparation
Remove Castello Creamy Blue and Castello Aged Havarti cheeses (or another semi-hard Castello cheese of your choice) from your refrigerator approx. 1 hour before serving.
Remove Castello Pineapple & Almond Cream Cheese Ring from the refrigerator approx. 15 minutes before serving.
Take some blueberries and place them in a small bowl.
Slice the figs and place on a small serving plate.
Place walnuts in a bowl and drizzle with some honey syrup.
Arrange all three cheeses on your choice of board, together with some crackers and enjoy! You can mix and match cheeses with pairings to find your favourite combination.
