Ingredients

2 parsnips
2 beetroots
4 tbsp sour cream
10 tsp mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Thinly slice the root vegetables, sprinkle with oil and salt and bake at 325°F for 30-40 minutes

Mix Traditional Danish Blue, creme fraiche and mayonnaise

Season with salt and pepper

Serve with fresh vegetables or crisps!
