Ingredients
- 2 parsnips
- 2 beetroots
- 4⅜ oz Castello® Traditional danish blue
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 10 tsp mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Preparation1. Thinly slice the root vegetables, sprinkle with oil and salt and bake at 325°F for 30-40 minutes
2. Mix Traditional Danish Blue, creme fraiche and mayonnaise
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Serve with fresh vegetables or crisps!
