Holiday cheese board
Ingredients
Castello® Double crème white
1 pack prosciutto
½ cups pomegranate seeds
1 red pear, thinly sliced
1 jar apricot marmalade
1 jar fig marmalade
baguettes, sliced or an assortment of crackers
Preparation
Preparation
Place Castello cheeses on a board. Slice Creamy Havarti and Double Crème White, as pictured. Crumble Traditional Blue and Aged Havarti, as pictured.
Add prosciutto, pomegranate seeds, pear and apples slices.
Spoon jams into small containers, or add directly to the board. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
Serve alongside sliced baguette or an assortment of crackers.
