1. Place Castello cheeses on a board. Slice Creamy Havarti and Double Crème White, as pictured. Crumble Traditional Blue and Aged Havarti, as pictured.
2. Add prosciutto, pomegranate seeds, pear and apples slices.
3. Spoon jams into small containers, or add directly to the board. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
4. Serve alongside sliced baguette or an assortment of crackers.
