Salami and dill Havarti crostini

Ingredients

6 slices of premium salami thinly sliced
garlic-infised ciabatta bread sticks or baguettes, sliced to 1/2 inch thick
fresh fresh parsley or dill, to taste
olive oil, to taste

Preparation

Preparation

Slice bread to 1/2” thick and brush with olive oil

Slice Castello® Dill Havarti thinly and add to bread. Add 1/2 slice of salami to each. Sprinkle with olive oil.

Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

Serving Suggestion

Serve warm with a glass of wine.
