Thanksgiving cheese board
Ingredients
Castello® Double crème white
1 pack prosciutto
½ cups pomegranate seeds
1 red pear, thinly sliced
1 honey crisp apple, thinly sliced
1 jar apricot marmalade
1 jar fig marmalade
½ cups marcona almonds
½ cups hazelnuts
baguettes, sliced or an assortment of crackers

Preparation
Place Castello® cheeses on a board. Slice Creamy Havarti and Double Crème White, as pictured. Crumble Traditional Danish Blue and Aged Havarti, as pictured.
Add prosciutto, pomegranate seeds, pear and apples slices. Spoon jams into small containers, or add directly to the board. Serve nuts on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
Serving Suggestion
Serve alongside sliced baguette or an assortment of crackers.
