Thanksgiving cheese board

  • Castello® Havarti Creamy
  • Castello® Aged Havarti
  • Castello® Traditional Danish Blue
  • Castello® Double Crème White
  • 1 pack prosciutto
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 red pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 honey crisp apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar apricot jam
  • 1 jar fig jam
  • ½ cup marcona almonds
  • ½ cup hazelnuts
  • baguette, sliced or an assortment of crackers


1. Place Castello® cheeses on a board. Slice Creamy Havarti and Double Crème White, as pictured. Crumble Traditional Danish Blue and Aged Havarti, as pictured.

2. Add prosciutto, pomegranate seeds, pear and apples slices. Spoon jams into small containers, or add directly to the board. Serve nuts on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.

Tips & tricks

Serve alongside sliced baguette or an assortment of crackers.
