HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER?
Entrants need to be 18+ to enter. Players that are under 18, need the prior consent of a parent or guardian.
DO I NEED TO BE AN AUSTRALIAN RESIDENT TO ENTER THIS PROMOTION?
Yes, this promotion is only open to Australian residents.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE CONSUMER PROMOTION?
Entrants must purchase one Castello Decorated Cream Cheese 125g SKU and then go to Promotion page and upload a photo of their receipt that proves proof of product purchase within the Promotion Period.
Entrants must then answer the question “Tell us in 25 words or less your favourite Castello cheese for Summer entertaining and why.”
Entrants must also provide additional details including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Address including street address, suburb, postcode and state
- Date of birth
- Store of purchase

The following SKUs are eligible to enter:
- Castello Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese 125g
- Castello Chives & Spring Onions Cream Cheese 125g
WHERE IS THE PROMOTION RUN?
The promotion will be run in participating Woolworths Stores (Grocery only) that stock and sell the participating products. Participating stores include Woolworths Metro and Woolworths Online.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE SKUS?
The Castello Decorated Cream Cheese 125g range is available at Woolworths.
HOW DO I ENTER THE PROMOTION?
Visit promotion page and fill out all required fields.
WHEN DOES THE PROMOTION START?
The Promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on 21 January 2021.
WHEN DOES THE PROMOTION END?
The Promotion closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 17 February 2021. All Entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 11:59 pm AEDT on 17 February 2021.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER?
There is no limit to how many times you can enter this promotion per day per person during the Promotional Period, provided that:
- Each entry is based on a separate Qualifying Purchase;
- Each Qualifying Purchase has been made in a separate transaction per person and a separate original itemised receipt has been issued; and
- Each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
HOW CAN I TELL IF MY ENTRY HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Once an entry has successfully been submitted, a pop-up confirmation screen will appear.
WHEN WILL THE WINNER BE ANNOUNCED?
Winners will be announced on 22 February 2021.

The winner will be announced on 22 February 2021 via the website with publication of their first name, first letter of their last name and state on the Promoter’s website. The details of the winner will stay on the website until 22 March 2021.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON?
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s representative directly via phone and email on 22 February 2021 via the contact details provided during the entry submission.
HOW WILL THE WINNER BE SELECTED?
The promotion is a game of skill and the entrants will be judged based on their answer to the question “Tell us in 25 words or less your favourite Castello cheese for Summer entertaining and why” during their entry submission. The judging will be completed by a judge/panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
HOW MANY PRIZES ARE THERE?
There is 1 x prize to be won.
WHAT IS THE PRIZE?
The prize is a year’s supply of Castello Cheese.
WHAT DOES THE ‘YEAR’S SUPPLY OF CASTELLO CHEESE’ INCLUDE?
Prize will be a year’s supply of Castello cheese which will encompass 184 units of Castello cheese. Each cheese delivery will include the following:
- 10 units of Castello Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese 125g
- 10 units of Castello Chives & Spring Onions Cream Cheese 125g
- 10 units of Castello Double Cream Brie 150g
- 10 units of Castello Creamy Blue 150g
- 6 units of Castello Feta Cubes In Brine With Citrus & Herbs 430g
Cheeses are subject to availability and may be swapped out for another SKU.
HOW WILL THE WINNER RECEIVE THEIR CHEESE DELIVERIES?
Castello cheese to be distributed to the winner at 4 different times (46 units delivered per delivery). All cheese deliveries will be sent directly to the winner’s home address as supplied during the entry submission.
WHEN WILL THE WINNER RECEIVE THEIR CHEESE DELIVERIES?
All delivery dates to be coordinated with the winner ahead of the first cheese delivery, and all units must be distributed by 22 February 2022.
SHOULD I KEEP MY RECEIPT?
Yes, please keep your receipt. You will be asked to provide it as proof of purchase should you be a prize winner at the end of promotional period prize draw.
SHOULD I KEEP THE PRODUCT’S PACKAGING?
You do not need to keep the product packaging once you have entered the promotion.
WHEN DO I NEED TO CLAIM MY PRIZE BY?
All prizes need to be claimed by 12:00pm AEDT on 26 February 2021.
WHAT IS A QUALIFYING PURCHASE?
A qualifying purchase refers to the purchase being made in a separate transaction with a separate original itemised receipt.
