
Black Pepper Cream Cheese with Smoked Salmon and Chilli Salsa

Soft and creamy with the spicy flavour of black pepper. Our new Castello® Black Pepper Cream Cheese is not only an essential addition to your cheeseboard, but will elevate your brunch game. Try it with smoked salmon and a simple chilli salsa for brunch in a flash!
Ingredients
- 125 g Castello® Black pepper cream cheese
- 200 g smoked salmon slices (roughly 8)
- ½ red chillies, finely diced
- ½ yellow peppers, finely diced
- ½ cucumbers, finely diced
- handful ground coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ red onions, finely sliced
Preparation
Preparation1. Combine the yellow capsicum, chilli, cucumber, coriander, red onion and lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. On one large platter (or four individual plates), arrange the Castello® Black Pepper Cream Cheese, smoked salmon slices and a couple of generous spoonfuls of the chilli salsa.
3. Serve with some fresh crusty bread, bagels or even crumpets. Brunch in a flash!
