
Crispy asparagus and Castello® Greek-Style cheese

This crispy summer recipe is an all-rounder thanks to its fresh flavours and the flavourful Castello® Greek-Style cheese Cubes. This recipe would make a delicious side dish or appetizer.

- 1 pack Castello® Greek Style Cheese Cubes in Brine 430g
- 500 g green asparagus
- 40 g hazelnuts roughly chopped
- ¼ cup thyme roughly chopped
- black pepper
- salt
preparation
Preparation1. Trim the asparagus stems (2 cm) and fry them in a very hot pan with oil for approx. 2min.
2. While frying, season the asparagus with salt to taste. Place cooked asparagus on a small serving tray and sprinkle the hazelnuts on top.
3. Garnish with the Castello® Greek-Style cheese cubes and finish the dish with thyme and black pepper.
