It takes longer to eat the salad than it does to prepare it, and it shows that you can be both busy and healthy.

- 1 pack Castello® Greek Style Cheese Cubes in Brine 430g
- 120 g smoked salmon, cut into thin slivers
- 3 - 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon and olive oil vinaigrette
preparation
Preparation1. Sprinkle deliciously smooth Castello® Greek Style Cheese Cubes over thin slivers of smoked salmon.
2. Dress with lettuce leaves, tossed in a light lemon infused dressing
